Under no circumstances should you act on information from any source (including WCA Workers Compensation Assistance CC) purporting to provide you with banking details (or changes in banking details) of the Compensation Fund (or RMA) for purposes of paying your statutory workers compensation premiums, unless you have verified and validated the banking details of the recipients of such premiums with the beneficiary itself.

In all instances, it shall be your responsibility to exercise the greatest of care when paying your statutory workers compensation premiums.

WCA Workers Compensation Assistance CC, its members, officers, employees and agents shall not, under any circumstances whatsoever, be held responsible or liable for any losses, costs, expenses or damages of whatever nature that you may suffer as a result of you making payments into an incorrect bank account.
